Christmas Menu - 2011

The following Christmas menu is has been designed by the Sweethearts kitchen team, for visitors to Sweethearts to celebrate the festive season. These will be in addition to our every day  lunch menu. Please call us on (03) 359 5630 for further information.

Serving daily from 11.30am - 3.00pm during late November, and December 2011.

Festive Chicken with Cranberries & Hazelnuts ~ Chicken fillet with a cranberry, basil and hazelnut stuffing wrapped in streaky bacon, served upon minted potatoes with a cranberry and orange relish, medley of  roasted vegetables, and salad leaves from our kitchen garden.

Christmas Roasted Ham ~ Christmas leg ham with an apricot mustard glaze served with a French green bean and pea salad, new potatoes and salad leaves from our kitchen garden.

Desserts: 14.90

Berry Meringue ~ Meringue served with crushed raspberry cream, red berry compote, fresh summer berries, a chocolate dipped strawberry and home churned berry ice cream.

Christmas Pudding ~ Our definitive version of a traditional Christmas favourite served warm with brandy sauce, whipped cream and fresh summer berries.
