Lunch menu option for larger groups. Served 11.30 – 2.30 pm. Bookings essential.

To Start

Gourmet bread selection ~ sourdough, five grain, foccacia, ciabatta.

Main Fare

Guests are offered each of the following:

Manuka Smoked Salmon
Akaroa salmon fillet with dill & our own light lemon mayonnaise.
    
Fillet of Beef
Cooked to medium rare served with horseradish cream and rosemary.

Mediterranean Baked Chicken
Breast of Chicken stuffed with feta, sundried tomatoes and basil, wrapped in bacon and oven baked.

Also included:
-New potatoes served with hot parsley pesto dressing
-Rosemary roasted seasonal vegetables
-Garden Salad of mixed baby leaves from our kitchen garden, tomato, cucumber, pinenut & sunflower seed sprinkle, berries, with strawberry or balsamic & olive vinaigrette 

To Finish:

Sweet Treat
Sweethearts strawberry shortcake served with our delicious home grown berries, a dollop of whipped cream and red berry coulis. (Different dessert options also available, please enquire when making your reservation).

For an additional cost finger food is also available on arrival and can be enjoyed in our gardens of berries and roses. Please refer to our wine list for a selection of  bubbly, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages.
